Hey, I have some big news. Tomorrow I am travelling back to Texas. My parents phoned today, Isabel travelled to Texas a few days ago from Romania as she is finally ready to be with her family [and not needing such extensive treatment that she has to stay in Romania]. Anyway, Isabel was at the hospital for a check-up and the doctors were doing various tests and such. They did a few blood tests and apparantly that is how they came around finding the problem. It turns out that ontop of everything else, Isabel has leukemia. So that is what my parents told me over the phone. They said they wanted to tell me in person, but they couldn't face the travel and they didn't want to drag Isabel and Alexa cross-country. Isabel is feeling really depressed right now, I spoke to her quickly today then left to pack my things. Stasia was a gem when I told her and has decided to come with me for moral support, that and she's practically family. I'm so glad I have her. I don't know how long we will be in Texas for. I'll be looking after Alexa a lot to give my parents a break and let them spend some quality time with Isabel. I'm praying for her. But that said, I'm not by any means giving up the gymnastics, myself and Stasia have decided to train at GSE while we're in Texas, we need something to take our minds off everything. That and gymnastics is going so well for us lately I don't think either of us could give up. Anyway, that is about all I have time for today, my next entry will be from Texas.
